Composing

Sounds are like ripples in water on the ocean of emptiness. We know this from just sitting. The first time we recognized this, were there any environmental factors that facilitated this recognition? And when we actualize this recognition more clearly than other times, are there certain cues in the phenomenal field that seem to foreshadow it? These factors and these foreshadowingsthey teach us everything about how to write a piece of music.
